The folks here ATS in Altoona truly are Top notch. I brought my truck in for repairs 2 weeks in a row for some issues. A failed water pump, heavy duty shocks and struts, and a failing wheel bearing. I chose higher end parts as they have better warranties and last longer without failure. A little more pricey but worth it. Matt, the owner, Bobbi, their overall business/administrative person, and the mechanics that did the work was well worth my time and their effort. Fair pricing as well. I look forward to giving them my business whenever I need any automotive repairs.

Matt and team are stellar and highly recommend. The family camper van broke down ( we're a long way from home) and we got towed there. Monday am they were on it. Tuesday I had a new axle and a few other things and by end of day we're back in business. Super communication and their willingness to understand our situation and get us up and running quickly was great!

What can I say... if you break down in Altoona, PA, call ATS. I was broken down on the highway just outside of Altoona. The rollback wrecker came and scooped me and my family (with the help of some awesome state trooper) and took us to the nearest ford dealership. Once I explained my situation, that dealership said they wouldn't even diagnose it for 2 days. I called around and nobody could see me for a couple days (I get the economy we are in). Fortunately when I reached out to Stephanie at ATS, she told me to drop it off and they'd make me a priority. Once there, the tech quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had the truck engine stripped apart awaiting the parts arrival. While this occurred, we attempted to get a one-way rental vehicle back to Virginia. No car rental company had anything available. We would still be stranded in Altoona if not for the Rockstars at ATS. If this shop was not 4.5 hrs away from my home, it'd be my go-to. Don't blow your time or money elsewhere.
